Had to shave my beard off today. I feel so naked with out it. Funny how fast you get used to something. Like that

Really? Oh man. No, not hard at all.

Brown some ground beef (we used 1.5lbs meatloaf mix, beef pork and veal), chopped onions optional, season. Pour it on the bottom of a casserole dish (8"x8").

Layer of frozen corn, 1 1/2" thick or so.

Top with mashed potatoes. I make 'em extra buttery and with cream instead of milk. Pile them on, smooth it out evenly, then rough up the surface with a fork. Put it in an oven at 400 degrees until the potatoes are your desired level of golden brown. The roughed up parts get crispy like a tater tot.

I'm allowed 1830 calories a day to hit my goal of 180. That list loosing 2ibls a week.

I use creamed corn and add cheese on top of the potatoes
