IDK if Im supposed to be here, but I’m introducing myself. (Because the Place it took me to threw me out LOL).
Anyway, I’m an old fart that’s been there and done a bunch. Pro MX rider15 year. Stayed in MC Biz for 10 more then Bought Datsun dealership, which soon became Nissan. Always had the hots for DIRT with both 2 or 4 wheels. To damn old for the 2 wheels now.
Started with Hardbody ext cab & now 2014 Xterra with 50k on her. My dogs loves her almost as much as me. Oh, BTW, Glad to find y’all.
Please don’t bite to hard, but I also have a Toyota SR5 Ext Cab 4WD 2200R with 200k on her to.
Here’s the yota and a very old picture of a picture of me on a 68-70 vintage Maico. German produced. I’ve got a 68 Husky, (Husqvarna) I hope, in the garage that needs digging out and cleaning. I’ve moved around so much that I have lost a ton of “old memory stuff”, like what we sold a house and the attic was full of MX stuff. Boots, leathers, chest protectors, trophies, helmets, jerseys, gloves, junk at the time. Backed up a dump truck and through the stuff out the attic window. Had I only known.Welcome and very cool background! Any pics of the old bikes or hardbodies? Hell even the yota we like pics of.

Cool history! Welcome to XN from the foothills of CO!
I've been attending the Washougal Nationals sine 2005! Who did you ride with and what yrs?
Nice, my dads side I'm sure saw you race. They were all over the place but never pro but as a kid I sure couldn't tell the difference. I didn't start getting into riding and following the sport till the 90's so after your glory. I inherited my dads old BSA and Kawi but they were stolen years ago..Pro, 68 through about early /mid 80’s. Joel Robert, Roger DeCoster, Brad Lacky, Haken Andersen, Mikki Boone, John DeSoto, I was totally outta my league when Bob Hanna came on to the scene. Ran 250 and open. Worked my AMA plate # up to 7 in Southern California. My old Husky is a Malcom Smith remnant.

I cant seem to find it in the new format. any help is appreciated as I gave my daughter my truck a couple years ago & she needs some love before she goes back to school with it. Thanks in advance ))

What year are you looking for?
Nice !! I alway's liked the old Huskie's and Maico's and Can-Am's but there were no dealer's that close to me in the late 70's so Yamaha it was. Now I see where Yamaha got the idea for their 360, including the rounded fin head. Welcome to Xville , a fun informative forum with a good group of people [ most of them r half our age]who like to chat about everything X related and anything else and I do mean anything If your partially thick skinned or slightly off center in the humor department the Post Whore Society will make you laugh ! or shake you head,,,,,,,sometime's both !!View attachment 11701 WTF, ok, but now I have to reboot the iPad every time cus it won’t bring up the pics in the folder......derrrr. I told you I’m a computer idiot.
Thanks & have a good one. Oh, here’s my 68 390 WR Husky. Terrible pic, stacked in the back of the garage my son and Bro in law have it packed with their crap & have taken over my shop. Not for much longer though.
Welcome!Hello everyone I recently acquired a 2001 xe standard 4x4 V6 with 200k miles that is pretty much stock. Eyed it for years (was my sisters so it’s really clean) making sure it didn’t get traded in or sold to someone unappreciative. I’m about to give it new life as an off-roader . I have a straight axle rig I wheel with and want to build up an IFS rig to add to my fleet. I always loved the Xterra and am excited now that I have the one I wanted. Glad to be here to learn and share ideas.

Welcome from Ontario CanadaHey to all members in this forum community. Like roxterra, I myself have bought a 2001 XE trim 4wd with 215k miles. I got for exactly a grand. It runs and drives but does need some touch ups because the last two previous owners didn't really put much care into this vehicle. Now it's mine and that will all change. I'm persistent. This Xterra will feel like she's brand new like the first day driven off the lot from the 1st owner.
Nice to meet you all. Look forward to knowing more like-minded individuals here.
