I was thinking about putting a new belt on and keeping the old for a spare . Now I think I'll check the play on the fan , if it move's anything like your's I'll hit you up for the part #'s .Truck started sounding like a coffee percolator while we were in TN. Found my fan pulley bearing was shot. Thankfully @jsexton happened to have a spare, so we swapped it in the campground.
Luckily it didn't let loose and through my radiator.

I ordered a new oem bracket and tensioner, got that installed today. Hope to not have to do that again any time soon.

I didn't have the alcans built properly from the jump. I didn't have them build for the proper weight. I rebuilt them once with extra leafs, but they were just beat at this point. Plus they got a lot of abuse from hard wheeling once a month or so.The new springs look great! Looks like your Alcans lasted about 5 years— I guess I would have expected a longer run. What made you decide to go with the Ironmans?
