I'm installing headers on my vg33 motor and I want to run O2 sensors in the front bungs and O2 simulators in the rear bungs. Or how have other people did it with headers

Put a CEL eliminator in line with the rear sensor. It'll move the sensor out of the exhaust flow enough to trick the ecu into thinking there's a working cat there.

Problem with simulators is they don't really work. The ECU is looking for a varying signal over time. Either too high or too low for too long and it throws a code. Better to spend some elbow grease to free the old ones, or spend the $160 to get a new set.

Alright, I'll spend the 160 on new O2 sensors and the CEL eliminators. Now I just need pipe to go from the headers to the muffler. NO cats at all on this. They want like 250. per side for the secondary cats. WOW Any ideas? Maybe a couple of cherry bombs and dumb before the rear axle. I'm a little concerned with this because when we wheel we are driving slow or stopped.

Hey guys, just finished installing Doug Thorley THY-465-L-C headers, now to my O2 Sensors. My upstream passenger side 02 is bigger then the bung in header. I noticed the upstream O2 Sensors are bigger then the downstream 02 sensors. What can I do? Thanks guys
