you will want to get a pair of CEL eliminators, while you are at it. Get the 90deg ones, they are easiest to do while you have everything apart.
Thanks Granite... the price for the RR's are the same as AC's. I'll have to contact them to see if the additional parts for the install are the same as well.
Chixterra...you live in the same state/county as I do, we both have the same inspection laws. Your locals are less strict on the noise than mine are.
Most exhaust companies sell whole exhaust kits...im not sure what you are asking but I would think they easiest but more expensive thing to do is have a muffler shop copy the stock bends and just replace ALL the pipes...but insert a new muffler of your choice.
What besides a new muffler would give it a mean DEEP growl

I do wish I had a deeper tone like that video a few post up but here is my $15 cherry bomb glass pack I found on ebay. The little soup can silencer muffler next to the spare is still attached.

3" inlet/outlet lady ran 2 of them for ~50 miles on her caddy and said it was "to loud"
Flowmaster 40 series...got this baby for cheap!
Nice, I'm in the market for a new exhaust.. Might just take it to a shop tomorrow. Got a place who can do it really cheap. I want to run 3in cat back

Ive got that cherry bomb glass pack on and it just sounds TOO much like a fart can and rpms over ~2k
Ive got a friend (he bought the other one) whose dad owns a shop and I can install it for free just like the glass pack.
Honestly I wouldn't take it to a shop unless you want to spend a few hundred. Jbimle just got a single in dual out with 2 new tail pipes done for 300. Thats to much for me when I can keep the stock stuff and spend less than 50 on a muffler, and essentially have the same thing.
