After more minor tweaks and redesigns that I care to think about we finally have something we are very happy with and excited about for the 2nd gen.

It's not up on our website just yet and we're still working on the small stuff to have a nicely finished package when it ships. Install instructions etc. But the jigs are done and we are ready to start production and take orders/deposits.

The only modifications we have made to the truck is trimming the inner fender liners.

What is shown. Base/pre-runner style, high approach angle, no winch mount, no top tubing.

What is not shown.

**2 styles of top tubing - made to order as far as desired height. We will advise if we think the setup may obstruct headlights or road view but ultimately it's your truck, your bumper, your money and you can do what you like with it.
  1. Stinger (as was seen on our 1st gen bumper at WENT pictured below for reference)
  2. Flat top headlight & grill protectors similar to ARB & others.
**There will be a small sheet metal beauty/trim piece welded on every bumper to fill the gap left between our top tube and the headlight for a cleaner, more finished look.

Skins. Bumpers will be able to be ordered with skins either over the tube or inset (as shown on 1st gen truck at the GLX meet at the badlands - pictured below for reference)

We apologize in advance for not having pictures of every configuration pictured on the 2nd gen yet. We are a small company and do not have the resources in terms of time and finances to pre-make every option to picture. We will do our best to update the pictures gallery as we go. We do invite and encourage anyone and everyone to hit us with pictures of your rigs with our products. It will helps us and your fellow community members out.

And now for some pics:

We will also be offering the center section on its own to fit a winch under the 2nd gen bumper covers.

Will these fit the 09+, with the grill that extends much further down below the bottom of the headlights?

It will fit the 09+ grill refresh because our goes out and over the grill instead of under it. This little chipped tooth I bought the truck with was my inspiration:

Awesome. What about the ability to mount a winch in this tube bumper? And one last question: will you guys be making an engine skid plate that mates with this bumper?

We are making a winch plate an available option/configuration. It takes a bit away from the approach angle so it's a trade off and will be based on user need. And we will be making a skid plate for this bumper along with bolt on skins. Both inset panels like I've posted the pics of the 1st gen and and over-the-tube style panel.

That is exactly what I wanted to hear. Thanks!

Im just curious what the intention of building so wide was for. I'd imagine to somewhat protect the fenders? Just IMO, I would have liked to see it match the body width. I do like it though!

So we can tie in our fender protectors the same way as on the 1st gen.

I don't think we are much wider than most plate bumpers. We gave just a little room to lean it agains a tree, have a bit of give In the tube and not damage the fender.

The idea is the maximum amount of protection you can have at the lightest weight.

How much? I can't really justify spending 1,200 on a bumper.

Prerunner/no top tubing: $500
Just center hoop: $575
All top tubing (either style) $650
Full 16ga. steel skin on lower openings +$125
Stainless or aluminum skin + additional $75
Winch capable +$100
fender protector compatibility +40

So just a regular bumper with the bottom portions closed would be $575? Just trying to figure out prices. What does the fender protection option look like?

The steel skins will be over tube. and are +$125 onto any bumper. +$75 additionally for the more expensive AL or Stainless material.

Fender protector example. Bolt on system between our bumper and our sliders.

We will have vent holes all the way across the front as to not restrict airflow to the radiator and/or trans cooler.

We can also do a dedicted fog light hole.
