New pic. Did some light off roading last weekend. More to come from this weekend's trip with VAXC as well.

I plan to paint most of the plastic pieces by Christmas day. Last night I did the side plastic trims and also the windshield wiper cowl. They look good! Today I'll start the front bumper (everything but the honey comb grill which I'll plastidip red later).

I also took off my damage multiplier. Did some damage and learned my lesson about having one after an offroading trip with VAXC a month ago.

I'll post more pictures up as I go.

Has anyone ever plasti-dipped the door handles? I think I might as long as it doesn't screw them over...

Upgraded the tires to 33". 285/70r/17. Had to do a melt mod before I took it up to the shop. It added about 1-2" of extra lift which is nice. It feels like I have to get used to it though. I feel like I'm driving a tower now. It's noticable lol.

Also installed the Shock guards sold by Boulder Nissan in Colorado. I got them for a good price during their last GB. Never took the shocks off before so that was fun (only because they we're rust welded on there lol).

So...the thing you all are looking for....pics....

Looks great, nice tire choice btw! Surprised I haven't seen you around during my trips to williamsburg

I haven't updated my location yet but I actually moved back home to PA earlier last month. That's probably why. Otherwise you would have seen me around Route 60 where the movie tavern is :)

Ah, you're in PA now. I was about to say, damn I didn't know Williamsburg had snow like that! Lol

Looks good man!

Thanks!

Didn't want to move North. Too damn cold lol. Leaving the military forced me back in with my parents for a bit. I'll be back down there soon.

Actually, I might be down in March for the VAXC run they have planned.

I haven't been on this forum for almost two years now. Once all the Facebook groups started I mostly ended up with them rather on any community software. Since I see the forum is changing I guess I'll try to be a bit more active. Since April 2014....things have changed on the truck. Not a lot of major things. I tend to spend frugally and I do have a car I'm building up as well. I'll post some pictures from this week and see if I can't fill the gaps in the thread.

Since that last picture in 2014 things have changed. I painted all of the plastics (again). Prior to this year I had taken the lazy way out and used plastidip. Now it's actual paint. I would have used bedliner but I didn't want that texture on the plastics. My Hardcore back bumper has been on for several years and I've added red rings to the back of it. It's hitch works exceptionally well pulling a 5k pound trailer across town. You can't see it but there's a hardwired red emergency strobe light in the windshield. It works pretty good although I don't have a real use for it living in the city now. I have small 2X2 LED pods wired in the mouth bumper area around the front license place (which regretfully after leaving the military had to be added). I'm not sure if those are the same tires or not lol. Everything else changed is internal. Hardwired a CB radio and a EMS scanner in the dash. Has dual tow tusks in the front (one stock, one reversed) but you can't see the drivers side one. Looks like since the last picture I've also got rid of the hideous AM/FM antenna and jumped to the stumpy - the current rig is entirely dependent on satellite radio. I don't use FM/AM anymore.

Things on my list to add - I have one of those black hood decals about that needs to be installed in the summer (then again I've had it sitting for years now). I have HID lights to put in and I need to buy some for the foglights as well. I do need a new CB radio. The last one burned out. It's mount is still permanently on there so I'll just get the same cheap one. Thinking about a roof rack but I'd like to build on myself that sits flush in the stock roof rack.

Other than that I'm not sure if I'm changing much more. I happen to like my build as it stands and I'm not sure I'd want to take it farther.
