I did a little bit of work the last couple days, I got the ball joints pushed out of the knuckles and got the heavy grease off as best I could. I then let them soak in the rust dissolver for about 24hours. After that I did a good paint thinner wipe down and heavy primer coat. Next came the colour! I think they turned out really nice, I do have to do some finish sanding and get rid of the paint on the spindle mounting face. Im not worried about the tie-rod points as those will be drilled out and fitted with their own sleeves

Yay! Spend money on IFS sh*t even though its not gonna be under the truck in a couple months. Top pin on the caliper was rusted stuck, wore the pads irregularly and ultimately to the metal. Cut into the rotor a bit as well, looks deep, isnt that bad once I looked at it. I did a quick driveway resurfacing and new pads, she stops thats all I care. Only has to last a few months

Whoa. Those rotors are trash! Good thing they're going that route.

I actually managed to save it, it was only one side of the rotor, I just did a driveway resurface with flap disc on a air die grinder. It actually managed to not put weird marks or anything in it, just enough to strip the scars out of it. Drove it today a good bit amd it worked fine. If it goes to **** I will toss it on the lathe at work and take a little bit out

Some minor updates. Nothing wild, just screwing around in the garage today.

I got the new races in the hubs on both sides.

I also did a test fit and install of the Mile Marker hubs. Im so far pretty happy with how things are going

I just want to throw this out there. A++ for Steven at RuggedRocks! His customer service is top notch, and he is always willing to help the customer. Called me today about my order, a few minor changes later and he saved me a little bit extra that I will be spending with him in the near future.

100/10 would recommend

Are you going to try to have it done by Moab? As I've said before, I wish I had the time and skill to do a SAS.

The SAS wont be done by then, time I have money I dont. At this point I just want to be on 5.13s for the event and next year be on solid axle with a few shakedowns

Luke from Lifestyle Offroad hooked me up with a new window banner. I miss having one! Also.... stay tuned for some glorious updates over the next couple days.

Heres a couple short clips of the output. I need to play with the adjustment, but I am very happy
