So I got the roof rack nuts replaced and head liner put back in. I have to cut alittle around the new switch location but it looks good so far.

So is it bad when you get to the point where ya don't even second guess drilling holes in your roof and then go weld it? Oh and set fire to roof too?

I'd take you up on that. It would tie in the looks of my Shrock.

Nice! I was thinking you were going to be welding it to the bumper but this turned out well!

Thanks, I thought about welding it to the bumper during mock up I didn't like the way it flowed that way. And this way if I happen to take out the corner or bumper I only have to take one off to repair it.

Nice man! Came out good,

Thanks. Wait till ya see it in person.

So how was the corner piece mounted again? It's not directly to the body right?

Sent from CoSprings

There is two mounts to the frame, one the cross support that the spare tire mounts too and the rear support is where the bumper mounts.

There is also two mounts to the body one small bolt under the gas tank filler hatch and the other two are where the stock mounts are

... but the corner step. :(

Don't let the amazing line trick ya. I didn't forget. It just moved it up to the top. And works way better then the stock step

Also I got my cargo hauler trailer all put together. For the most part I may add a few things to make it a dual purpose cargo and expedition.

But the other trailer will be my primary expeditionary trailer I'll be creating a build page for that soon.

I'm still curious as to how that will play out with body roll. I guess it would have to be pretty extreme to cause much damage
