I don't think it will be that bad with body roll since it connected to frame and bumper for the main points and the body mounts are mainly for upper stability.

I think that this corner guard will take most of any trail damage unlike the oem plastic ones.

Awesome rig man! I have a white pro4x and (not to copy) but love the look of the white bumpers and may have to do mine similar. Maybe with red bars instead of black too. Keep up the good work

So I got the other corner all mocked up and tacked together. Tomorrow I will weld it up and clean it up for paint.

So I got the driver side corner mounted and the passenger side finished up and painted but ran out of time mount it up. Tomorrow maybe it will be all done.

And for anyone wondering the weight of these corners. They are 50 lbs a piece vise the 5 lbs of the plastic ones. But they should take a good hit and survive.

Looks kinda weird with no corners or lights on. All for the prep work

Looks awesome man!

Now that it's done was it worth all the work? I only ask because some projects I wouldn't do again. How much time and money do you have into them?

I'm probably going to do this at some point... I can tell it's a ton of work though.

Thanks. And I gotta say it was worth all the work that I put in this project. It wasn't all the much since I had a lot of the plate on hand. It just too a lot of time doing the mock up. A cutting torch and whole lot of grinding. But I would do it again.

The corners are finally done. Well for the most part may add some lights in them and then get them powered coated.

So today my rear corners got it 1st test. I was sitting in a parking lot and someone opened up the their rear door hard and fast and all I heard was a loud thud. There door is all messed up now on the edge and all I have is slight scratch on the paint lol. It was funny. Sadly I didn't have my phone on me so I didn't get any pics.

Good to hear about how the corners held up. We've spoken on FB about your leaf Springs and it still is a painful site. Ha

Yea it's painful and sucks but I'm glad I found in my driveway then on the trail and needing tow hm. And I only found it cause I was going to make a diff skid plate since that is the only thing not armored on her.

Can you build me a space ship!!!

Do you have a upgraded diff cover?

Yea I'll build ya one. For a small price ;)

No. That's why I'm making a skid for it. I think a skid is a better way to go

I'm really digging the rear diff skid! You could def sell that and make some serious $$$. I know I'd buy one. How'd you end up mounting it?

Thanks! It's just mounted by three u - bolts one on each side on the axle tube and one in the front of diff before the yoke.

And about selling them... All I can say is keep your eyes open and watching the forum and you may see something ;)
