I had a horrific squeak/creak/groan etc that I tracked down to my lower shock mount. Was spraying it with graphite once a week. Finally got tired of it and pulled the coilover to check it out.
This is what I found:

A call to Nisstec and the parts were on their way.

All in all an easy process. Easier if you have a press, but I don't.

Tools needed:
Impact gun and ratchets
1 1/4", 32mm, 25 mm, 21mm, 19mm, 14mm socket
19mm(3/4) box wrench
14mm box wrench
1/2x6 grade 8 bolt
1/2 washers and nut
Hammer
Torque wrench
Grease
Parts cleaner/degreaser
C clip pliers

Steps
1)Jack truck up and support via properly size jack stand. Don't forget to chock the wheel.

2)Remove the tire using the impact/ratchet and 21mm socket (for stock wheels, may vary).
Should now be looking at this:

3) remove the 3 nuts holding the top of the coilover in. Then, the lower bolt. Slide the coilover out. May need to undo upper ball joint to get UCA out of the way.

4) remove the c clip holding the uniball in. Remove the misalignment spacers first if they'll come out.

5) here's where a press would come in handy. Press the old uniball out if you have a press. If you don't, gotta get creative, like I did. I inserted a 14mm Allen socket into the uniball and bashed it like I have never bashed before. (No pics because I was sweaty and smashed my thumb with the hammer)
You'll be left with this:

6) clean er up really good with parts cleaner and a wire brush.
7) lightly coat the inside of the coilover eye with grease and place the new uniball over the opening.
8) press new uniball in if you're using a press. Again, I don't have one so I got creative.

1/2x6 grade 8 bolt, washer, 1 1/4 socket, 25mm socket, multiple 1/2 washers and a nut. Slide a washer over the bolt, then the 1 1/4 socket. Insert that thru the shock eye and uniball. Place the 25mm over the bolt and sitting on the uniball, then washers and nut. Use a ratchet to start the pressing, make sure it's going in square. Once you're started and square, impact that bastard. (Again, no pics, sorry)

9) reinstall c clip, then misalignment spacers.

10) reinstall coilover and UCA ball joint. Torque to spec.

11) reinstall wheel. Torque to spec.

12) test drive and enjoy a nice quiet ride
