I need some help I'm rebuilding this motor and I don't know where these two little washer o-ring go. It's part of the bottom and kit

In the left for you I'm wondering if 350 Chevy is it in order and then getting close guy. And this is how I got to the torque converter bolts

Well Well the motor is back in and getting Exhaust today!!! But my trans won't shift out of second, it acts like it goes into neutral.......S##t any idea's?
