lift shackle with super springs? good or bad idea?

I'm thinking of increasing the load capacity with these...http://www.sdtrucksprings.com/super-springs/nissan/xterra

and maybe using adjustable lift shackles as well. http://www.4x4parts.com/i-18981171-xterra-adjustable-lift-shackles.html
I already have extended travel shocks. not installed as of yet.

I will be upgrading torsion bars and UAs as well. most likely from 4x4parts. or maybe the Rancho kit. haven't decided yet.

is this totally a bad idea or will it work?

I am looking for maybe a 1-2 inch lift but with better load capacity.

will be running 31x10.5x15 Guard Dog tires from treadwright. they've been on my Pathy for a couple of seasons and figured I'd wear them out on the X.

more of an adventure, camping, hunting, fishing truck. not really off road for fun.
it is my DD.

If you're only looking for an inch or two of lift, I wouldn't spend the money on uppers unless yours are warn out. Just do a PML (Poor Man's Lift). You just crank the torsion bars and get the inch and a half in the front and then just add the shackles to the rear. There's your lift. Done.

As far as load capacity, I've never heard of someone adding those kind of springs before. It says it installs over the stock leaf pack. But these trucks are spring under. So I'm not sure how that would work. Honestly, if you just want load capacity, all Alcan and talk to them. They can sell you an AAL or new leaf pack that will do whatever you want.

Or if you're not looking for crazy lift, try General springs. They make an HD pack for like $150/side. They may give you an inch or so of lift by themselves, but I would still pair them with a shackle
