New wheels with stock tires

My name is Scott and I am new to XterraNation. I own a 2011 xterra S model black in color. The tire size is 265/70R16. I believe the stock wheel size is 16x7. I want to upgrade my wheels to American Racing ATX Cornice 195 size 16×9. I was wondering if I could have those wheels put on without having to do a lift kit, leveling kit or spacers put on? I was in a car accident a few years back and I have back and knee trouble so having the xterra lifted might pose a problem for me to climb in and out. So my question is can I replace my stock wheels with 16x9 without doing another modification? Thank you in advance.

Yep you'll be fine as long as you stay with stock tire sizing.

Thank you for your help. I just got my xterra paid off and that is the first modification I plan on doing.

As Jeff said, as long as you stick with stock tire size you'll have no issues.
