Most of us did some time over there. That's where I started. Still a great place for great info. But I like the company over here better, not so flamy or critical.

Nailed it, I'm still over there for that exact reason. Lots of good technical discussion. I just can't handle a few of the guys over there that either have the "Jeep thing" attitude or have to prove they know more then someone else.

By no means is this everyone either, but like you said.... It's way more chill over here. I do more BS'ing then actual technical talk lol

Not member of seXTERRA but this popped up in recent posts on mobile and I agree. I started there then here. However, I enjoy it here a lot more. I think some of those guys would criticize and flame a how to on a pb&j sandwich due to the "wrong" jelly.

Anyone know of a monthly local meetup club? If there isn't one anyone in the Atlanta metro area interested in starting one? Maybe do a monthly BBQ, cookout, trail run, camp out, something along those lines.

Can we try to revive this idea? Regular local meetups are a good thing. Some people can't or don't want to wheel monthly so meeting just to hang out and socialize helps people feel more connected. Naturally wheeling trips could and probably would be planned as well.
