I've started working on a VERY long-term project, a micro-camper. My current plan is to build the prototype and do a cost analysis vs. market value. If it looks like a good opportunity, I'll look for someone to partner up with to build one at cost for them. After that, if everything looks good, I may look at doing production. Currently I'm in the development stages only and that's about as far as it goes, so we'll see how things evolve. Here's a couple of quick pics. One is a shot of a rough drawing and the other is my rough mock-up in 1/12 scale.

Be sure to check out Metzican's tear-drop build. You can probably pilfer some good ideas from him.

I'd love to host a mod day at my house, but I have a tiny one car garage and a small front driveway. I couldn't fit more than 1 or 2 vehicles here at most. There is a place across the street from my house though that rents out garage space, and you supply your own tools. There are probably places like that in other cities, but I would probably be game to throw $20
or so on renting a garage for a day or two.
