Some more NX Rocks stuff - the solid ones. Now made by Hefty.

Potentially about to get used. Can't remember if I hit on this one or not.

Ryan were you ever able to get a better pic of your white knuckles I'm trying to decide between them and Hefty.

mac you slider'd up now? I havent seen those photos before

Sorry for the confusion, no these aren't mine. I was just adding to the options. I do have every intention of getting these with the step. I've contacted RockyMtnX and now I just need to finagle my way into getting them :). My wife has been complaining about having a hard time getting in the X and once I get the lift it'll be even worse.

Huh? I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT WOULD BE LIKE, LOL :D Got mine and that ended, but not so much when she has to climb in the back seat, kinda but not so much

I just cancelled my order for the stock step rails for my new 2014 Xterra Pro 4-X. They were decorative, and crap. I need real Sliders with a step for "She-who-must-be-obeyed" to be able to get up into the cab. Suggestions??"

Those white knuckle ones look like they have a good step. Maybe someone with them will chime in. Mine don't have nearly as much step room as I'd like.

Skid Plates
The White Knuckles have a good step. They help my 12 year old get in the back seat and my wife get in the passenger seat. I'm lifted about 4 inches and sometimes I need a little help getting in and the WKs work like a charm.

In all honesty, it doesn't function well as a step. But that wasn't reason for purchase. Sent via my walkie talkie

^^^ Those are freaking awesome! I'd have them not at such an angle as for a step but that's my preference. But those are damn sexy man.

===> The WKs look good...wondering if they can move the step for the front seat. (Will get Diamond Plate). Also wondering If I can install them myself, or need another person to help?

These are the Boulder Ironworx sliders. Function is great, at 6'1" I don't need much of a step to get in so I can't really speak towards ability to use it as a step getting in. It's tucked a little close to the body to make a good exit step however. The dimpled plate does give good traction for what little of my size 12 boot fits on it though.

A floor jack and jack stands should do the trick. But I'm down to help if you need it.

I just painted my sliders and ill be welding them in this week.

Love...love....LOVE my WKs. Our 3 year old loves them to get into mamma's lifted Xterra.

An extra hand is helpful to install otherwise pretty easy.

You will love yours too :)
