As some of you may know I recently did a solid axle swap... here are the details

Axle: 1991 Jeep Grand Wagoneer

Brakes: stock wagoneer calipers with earls brake lines ( part numbers Below)
Ordered from www.summitracing.com
EAR-63010122ERL -3 ST./ST. 22" HOSE 2ea
EAR-989545ERL BRAKE ADAPTER -3 TO 10MM F I.F 2 ea
EAR-997631ERL BANJO -3 TO 10MM 2 ea

Steering: Stock Wagoneer, the steering arm needed extended 6" so I cut and sleeved it with 1.5" 1/4 wall DOM tubing, factory pitman arm

Suspension: Bilstien 5125 10" travel shocks
Rancho RS44044 Leaf Springs
Ford f-250 shock towers
Bell shackles Kit http://www.calmini.com/detail.php?b=1&m=3&t=2&p=1235&n=
Homemade front hanger

Brakes: 1998 Dodge 2x4 Master Cylinder

Drive Shaft :Factory Nissan

Trans Crossmember: Custom made

My goal for my build was to do the swap but keep it as low as possible... it sits about 1" higher then it did with the calmini control arms. looks good on 33's but has room for 35's...

the ride is different, but not in a bad way... it cruises easy down the highway 75 mph is easy and smooth, not to bouncy, not to stiff....

ill keep up on my report and add pics as i get more miles on it

this page Helped me out a ton http://nissannut.com/projects/SAS_WD21/
