Dude, did you add an external cooler after the bypass? If not, do it. I cooked my tranny on my '05 because I did not.

Better yet, replace the tranny and undo the bypass. Fix the root cause. I wish I would have on both an '05 X and '05 Pathy.

So after 95 days following my initial order being placed, I finally have my parts from PRG:

There are several things not pictured such as the AALs and UCAs.

When are we doing this???

I really don't know... I know its rough for most people, but I plan on doing it while I'm home for Thanksgiving (Nov 25-30). Probably that Friday (28th) and/or Saturday (29th). I already have 1 or 2 commits who say they'll help out at minimum. We'll see.

I'm actually surprised that PRG had that issue - were they waiting on parts from one of their vendors? When I ordered, Greg had everything to me within a week except the OME springs which took forever because of those Aussies.

help out? I only plan to stand and laugh as the carnage ensues :D

(...and back to awkwardly creeping...)

HA. Go do your Highlander thing [LINK].

Yes and no. I thought about writing a review in a new thread. I'll just keep it brief here (but not really, story time):
I spoke with Greg back in late July about everything I needed for a Titan swap. He was so enthusiastic to talk to me about it. I had a firm grasp on what I needed, but I was still on the fence about coilovers. We talked and eventually came up with the idea for extended, 2.0, Titan-Swap Length Radflos [LINK] (mine were either #1 or #2). I asked about what kind of lead time he would need to get everything out to me in Alabama. I wanted to have it done prior to NXM. He ensured me that the UCAs, extended lines, tie rods, and whatnot would be here 1-2 weeks after I place my order, after he sends the shackles and UCAs to powdercoat. However, hesitant on the lead time of the Radflos. Greg estimated that they could either be done in two weeks, or a month, but for sure in time for NXM. My order was placed 8/11/2014.

Weeks pass. That 2 week lead time went out the window, even on his parts. I gave him several phone calls, just one a week, and always extremely patient with him. He eventually told me some Bilsteins were on backorder... a week prior to NXM. A week following NXM, I call back and ask where my parts are, again, extremely patient. He informs me that they're in the mail, sans Radflos. More weeks pass. Still no Radflos. Around late October, I got a little irate/disgruntled (not yelling, no name calling, none of that garbage) and let it go on his voicemail. A few weeks later, I finally get a returned call saying that he has them and just has to assemble and ship them out. So far, everything looks right and top notch.

So to answer your question, yes and no. Radflo took forever to build the damn things, and Greg failed to get me the other parts after his initial promise. I'm by no means on bad terms with him, but I am slightly disappointed that I was completely out of the loop with such a large order, which he often acknowledged when I called.

Titan Swap day is a go at my house 11/28...

He's not really a Clemson fan. Ask him where he was for a few of the major games this year. I'll tell you it wasn't glued to a TV.

I wasn't either, honestly.

Speaking of tearing down, where is this happening? I'll try to pop my head in depending on where you're gonna be.

I love living in a dry area where our bolts don't seize up as much. It sucks having something derail the project.

Glad you're finished up!
Bummer about the radflos taking so long.
Mine were almost 4 months but that's outta his hands. Definitely worth the wait and the titan swap is awesome!
You'll love it!

I want to crank up the coilovers a hair more to solve some of the rake I have. I also want some new tread and need to go get another alignment. The truck pulls to the right ever somslightly at low speeds.
