very slow 6.0L engine swap attemp

I have finally started stripping down the parts xterra to see if I can make my 6.0L from a 2003 chevy fit in the engine compartment. This is going to be a slow side project that may or may not ever get completed, but I hope it does get completed. One thing I am wondering about is, has anyone drilled all the spot weld and removed the rad support. If so, do you have any tips on it. I am going to try not to destroy it as it is somehow not rusted out.

Interested to see what happens, best of luck with the project. As for the rad support you shouldn't have any trouble getting it out of the way. And you know the rules with pics, poidh. Be sure to keep us updated.

Once I have pics to post I will. There probably wont be anything to see for a couple months as I am just starting the tear down on the vehicles to rob some parts to get my regular X ready for this season.
