Okay, so I bought a light bar a while ago planning to set up some fog lights on my X. But time passed and I didn't really put it on or even attempt to do it. I'm tired of waiting and I'm going to be working/living in Alaska for a while and I'm sure some extra lights wouldn't hurt while I'm out there. What I'm considering purchasing are these:

I know they aren't fancy but I don't care to drop $300 for 2 KC lights. So from what you can see, do you think that these might be a good starter set? I'm not looking for lights that will light up the road for 200 miles or anything like that, but I think this will be a good starter until I get comfortable and decide to spend more for better ones.
So, from what you can see on the picture, it comes with a couple things. What I'm wondering is what else do I need?
I've read you need a relay which I'm buying as well.
I've tried looking through DIY's and it's like a nuclear bomb going off in my head. I don't know wtf I'm looking at, so I'm hoping when I get everything set up, I'll be able to find someone in my area that can set it up with me.
