I’m surprised it’s “cracked”. I’d be interested in seeing a picture.
Should you be concerned? That depends.
I wore a hole in the bottom of my h233b a few years ago. It’s the only time I’ve even heard of one failing, so this makes twice. A buddy patched it with RTV so I could add some fluid and get home.
It ran fine so if yours was never “dry” at any point and you don’t plan to off-road it I’d patch it and go.
I picked up an unwheeled h233b out of an '04 from a local junkyard; $100, no "core charge".
That's a pretty cheap fix if you have the tools and know how. If you’re near Brooklyn, I’ll help you swap it in an afternoon for a six pack o beer and some pizza.
