Great vids man. Makes me want to go to Moab even more. Steel Bender has got to be one of the most intimidating things ever.

Define endo'd? We all pretty much do on the drop - no way around it. Truthfully it was scarier watching other rigs before me than the actual drop. I did bend the driver's side front edge of rad skid

Hey Luke,

Did you end up having to buy pinion shims when you installed the new gears? If so, where did you get them?

Long overdue update,

First off I got tired of bending idler arms... i have been through 6+ of them... well digging through old pathfinder forums I found where they would take a manual steering box from a hardbody and dremel the holes out a bit and slap it on the passenger side as a idler arm.... Well i could not find a manual box... so I got a power steering box and gutted it... and it works Awesome!

Next I wrapped the Hood

At went 2014 I smashed my gas tank

Installed Molle Panels

And built a new tire carrier

The notion of using a steering box for an idler arm is intriguing! More details?

Al you need to do is pull out the worm gear... Slightly dremel the mounting holes... Then slap it on... If you use a manual gear box you have to get a power steering pitman arm because the arm is longer...

Hey when you installed those molle panels, did you have to order the metal hooks that screw into the roof? Mine came with plastic clips that don't allow it to work.

I am using the D21 bell shackle kit from calmini and using a dana 44 from a jeep grand wagoneer, I found some chevy front leaves for cheap and had everything mocked up with them but once I had weight on the leaves things were not lining up well....

They measure the same length as waggy springs but the center pin is not offset enough so I am having clearance issues with the oil pan... I ordered waggy springs today and hope to have this running again next weekend
