After Box Canyon on the AZXC 2012 kickoff run Jan 1, it isn't...:wut: And the thing I'm pissed about is it didn't even happen on the trail. We went to turn around IN the canyon, and we had like one little area to like 5-point turn. Even then you still pressed the plastic front and scraped the tow hook, and when I back up, I completely missed my spot and put the hitch right over a boulder. Pulled forward and now the flap is bent up and the 7-pin is hanging. Gotta drill a hole and get it into the bumper soon!:rawr:

Jst noticed you can see my 7-pin dangling in the ladder pics...

Not a lot you can do with it other than tie rapping it out of the way until you get an aftermarket bumper. I seen someone with a stock bumper drill a hole in the middle of the bumper on one side so it would not hang.

Yeah, that's what I plan to do... Or I may just say screw it and ziptie it up out of the way for now... Either way, bumper is in the future plans, but it seems like you need to win the lottery sometimes to do any big mods!

BlueTorchFab m226 diff cover came via UPS yesterday. Exactly 1 week from ordering, AND they actually sent me 12 bolts! WIN! just need to prep and paint it. Also finally got my 5th spare steelie!

Here's a color splashed shot of the new rear suspension flexing out to the max! The whole truck was twisting to the point I had to grab the gobi and pull to the right a bit to close the hatch.

Nice shot coat...looking good.

Shrock rad skid came yesterday! But no mounting hardware... Called them up today, and they're gonna send it out today. That's two things I gotta paint and install now, skid, and BTF diff cover...

I'm not too far from Kingsport either so hit us up when you go there!

I'm sooooo jealous of you MOAB guys....I wish we had that here in TN....I'd trade our trees for deserts!

Moab was killer! No major damage to report except my tire and some minor crunching of my pass fender from the slider. Nothing a BFH can't fix! Came back with a $250 Calmini certificate (not a lot of 2nd gen stuff, I know all you 1st gen guys could use this!anybody wanna buy it?) and some brand new NissTec UCAs!

Had a great time taking my family wheeling and seeing Moab and meeting new friends and hanging out with old ones!

Ben, it was great meeting you and wheeling with you. Next year, fishing, too! I might be interested in the Calmini gifty, but I still have some thinking to do about which direction to go with the steering (don't tell anybody, but I'm starting to think about SAS instead of having to keep screwing with the stock setup...) So if someone else grabs it, cool, if not, I'll figure out what I'm doing soon...

Yes, I say La Sal trip to that lake that my campground neighbors went to. They were grilling 2 brookies on the fire ring when I rolled in one afternoon... I was sooo jealous, they smelled good... Lol
