I have only done a bit of googling and am just starting to look into this. I have 236k miles on my new to me '04 that I am going to assume has never had the rear lube changed. The LSD functions barely. I figure if I am going to change the fluid I should check the LSD friction plates. I've never wrenched on a LSD so I have no idea what I am getting into but the break away torque is practically worthless and I'm looking to improve this. Google tells me that I might be able to replace the clutch packs in my '04 with a mid '90s pathfinder to get a higher break away torque. Anyway I'm looking for any pointers for information resources to try and figure this out. Thanks in advance for any help.
