Are you planning on body lifting in the future? Do you not know if you want to body lift your truck? Are you body lifted?

If you are contemplating buying sliders based on future mods because you don't want to waste money DON'T RISK BODY DAMAGE ANY LONGER!

When we were mocking up jigs for sliders for body lift, no body lift sliders it occurred to us that on 1st gen trucks there's nothing that stops us from making a little redesign to our brackets to give the slider the ability to work with both a stock body and a 2" body lift.

I've looked around and I don't see anyone else who does this on their sliders and I can't tell you why. We do. You're welcome.

Is there any way you can chamfer or round the corners that will stick down under the frame? If I'm sliding on a rock on my frame, I wouldn't want to get hung up on my slider (not that we would but it's something to think about)

All corners will be rounded before a product ships. These pics are in-process general mockup shots. To see how they would work.

We did think of that but concluded that the benefit to the customer outweighed the very slight possibility that someone might get hung up on it.

What you can't see in the pictures posted is that the overhang on the front bracket does not hang as low as even the mount for the transmission cross member. So while every situation is different when off-road and rock crawling I do not anticipate these slight overhangs being an issue.

Thanks

That's genius.
I just ordered mine,can't wait.

I do have a question.
Is there any reason you don't use the third mounting location on the frame?
Threaded holes are already there, just wondering.

In our testing we found 2 supports worked well. However we are a small company and don't have the R&D budget of an OEM so admittedly our testing scenarios do not cover the 'anything and everything' approach.

We do recognize that some people out there get into things we haven't been able to simulate to-date and wheel harder than we do. If that's you and you feel you would be more comfortable with or need a 3rd mount by all means let us know and we will do it.

At current materials costs it would be $15 to add a 3rd member.
