Alex it is a go... as long as it all falls into place.. my diff will be here tomorrow my PRG stuff the next day and hopefully by this weekend I will be 5 inches wider :luv:

and I will be selling my aftermarket PRG stuff... and my R180

so, I've gotta ask ya amber, why'd ya TS instead of going for an ARB locker for the stock diff? arb is stronger than the M205 and probably wouldn't have cost as much as the swap....I'm still torn on which way I'm gonna go...

I am also getting my fenders cut today!!!! :| so I'm nervous

Ended up taking it to a 4 wheel parts to do the cutting for me.. .marked it off... then took it home painted and put on some plastic weather stripping... hope I got enough cut off.

only thing I'd suggest is to take a jack, stick it under the front tire and lift it as far as you can after you disconnect the sway bar on the side you're jacking up, and have a couple people put some weight on that corner of the truck to stuff the tire as far as you can, to see if you need to re-cut the little _/ shaped cut at the front edge into more of a diagonal all the way forward to where the bumper starts...that way you can preemptively check for potential tire damage (or, pull the coilover off and do it so it'll get as far up in there as it possibly can and you can check that way).

of course, if the shop already did that, then ignore my suggestion
