For sale is my 2011 Nissan Xterra S.
This Nissan is ready to go. I am selling only because I need the money for a down payment on a BMW M3.
This Xterra is a Nissan certified pre-owned vehicle. It is covered under both the Nissan CPO warranty AND the Nissan Security+ Gold Preferred Warranty I purchased for $1,795.
The maintenance is all current. I have taken it to the local Nissan dealer (Mentor Nissan) for all service, aside from oil changes since it's easier to take to an instant oil change place.
I have maintenance records for all the work done to the vehicle since I've owned it.
Just had the oil changed, so you're ready to roll. (oil changed on 10/17/2014, less than 100 miles since)
I've used synthetic oil only in this vehicle.

- An axle seal was leaking at 60k service, new half-shaft and seal installed (covered by warranty)
- Direct wired with Smartcord for Escort Passport radar detector (done professionally by Autosound of Willoughby)
- The radar detector is not included, but I would be willing to sell it for an additional $300.
- Equipped with optional sliding cargo tracks (AWESOME FEATURE! super convenient when you want to strap something down in the back)
- Equipped with optional running boards
- Rubber floor mats front and back. The back is a one piece design that spans the whole width of the backseat floor - solid protection.
- Auto dim rearview mirror
- 6 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION!
- Why is this important??
- Manual transmissions are more fun
- Get better gas mileage
- More robust than automatics
- Are more "manly"
- People who drive manual transmissions tend to be "car people". Car people take better care of their vehicles.
