Did you say whether or not you'll be transferring the armor from the old to the new? I saw the sliders were on the way and I'd lack to see this new fella wrapped in shrock

Thanks guys, and Curt there wasn't a lot of rust on frame but the rust that was there had been covered with paint. The exhaust the worst corrosion. But bolts were impossible to get off when I changed my shackles I could not one of the nuts off and had to cut it off. I think the salt or our winters here in salt lake only added to it :( but the real rust came from what I did when I re-coated the bumpers...

But to answer question about the bumpers, the answer is no. The bumpers are what got me a good trade in. The front bumper still looked amazing but had been rusted on the inside where it didn't get a coat of duplicolor bedliner. The sliders and the rear bumper that I re-powdercoated last year wasn't holding up. It had been gaining rust spots on top. So I thought rather then fight the rust let them go, they really do add a lot of weight and I really want to have something different then everyone else. So I am going to look going custom!

Would you ever sell or make another inside rack/drawer I could really use this but no access to welder. Thank you

Sorry man I didn't reply sooner, things have been crazy and to be honest I don't get much a chance to check the forums... but I would love to make another but unfortunately the amount of time and cost of materials wasn't worth making one for anyone, I would have to charge somewhere between $800-$1000 to make any kind of profit especially since I am not a fabricator and don't have access time/tools needed to reproduce it. I don't have anything to make the actual drawer (no press brakes or anyway to fold the metal at that length, I had to have mine custom made by someone) and I have thought up different ways I would do it if I could and hopefully in the future I'll make a new one but I will be aiming to use aluminum next time :)
