Ok so these arent for my X but I figure its usefull info so Ill try to do a writeup if I remember.

My wifes Tj(Bonnies, get it my truck is Clyde....nvm) has been running on a set of Interco LTBs for the past year and since she has been nice enough to let me do just about anything we got her some new shoes. We ordered thesebabies from discounttiredirect.com and the total for 4 came to $1004 during the special promotion and shipping was free so pure awesome there thanks guys.

Those unfamiliar with Pitbull tires theres more info at pitbulltires.com but the jist of it is they are an AMERICAN made aggressive offroad tire company with some strange appearing yet highly effective tire tread designs.

She got the 33x1350r15 Growler bias ply
(her modeling them)

These babies have an insane tread depth too

Yeah thats a quarter hiding in there....and these are there "all terrain" tire.
Now they have not been mounted yet but Ive seen the version in a 47" flavor work in the dirt and let me say its no all terrain its a any terrain bring it and Ill spank the hell out of it tire. Soo Ill update this with pics later and such and any complaints problems so future purchasers can have an option other than those junk all terain bfg I hate so much lol.

O for reference this is the truck there going on

01 Tj 4.0 straight 6 and 2 inch budget boost lift with tube fenders up front to clear the tires. And yes she has to follow my X on 37s and she does extremely well.

I dont have a durometer anymore but the lugs are more solid than the ltbs which should mean they last longer and also the gaps are slightly smaller with a better tread design all adding up to a better longer lasting tire. There gettign put on the jeep tomorrow and Ill get some video of the jeep doing work and see how they perform in the dirt.

It looks alot less agressive than the ltbs and it drives MUCH BETTER!!!!!!...... granted there still bias tires so some of you allterrain wusscakes wouldnt be able to deal with it but theres no wander and road noise is similar to most radial mud terrains.

I talked to the tire guy that mounted them and his words on balancing were as follows. " they were real close to balanced right out of the box but the rim protector made it hard to put wheel weights on so if you break one off use the balance beads."

Well get these babies dirty soon to find out if there bite is as good as there bark.

Well 10 day report goes as follows...... money WELL SPENT!!! Now its to early to tell the longevity but as far as new tires go we tried them in dirt, mud, and highway use.

The general feeling is just great without even airing down these outdid the ltbs in our little slice of heaven(30acres of creekbottom/gourge) in dry and wet. Mud just falls out of the tread no need to blip to clean the tires I mean seriously better than the ltbs which still blows my mind you couldnt guess that from looking at the tread. Lateral hillside traction is also on par or better despite the chevron design tread.

Theres only 2 complaints I have so far. 1 is obviously the price $250(between$260-300 for a 32-33"r16) a tire is nothing to scoff at atleast not for me but they have beat my expectations so far. 2. They dont come in a 37" for my truck.

Bottom line if you have the cash and are looking for a real aggressive wheeling tire buy some 15" rims and order a set to keep for wheeling and make those km2s everyone has look like a joke.
