I know the 1st gen stuff is priority at the moment. But when 2nd gen stuff is coming along, would love to take a look at some skids. I will keep an eye on this thread for now.

I REALLY like the standard design and if I didn't purchase a set of rock sliders recently, I'd definitely order those sliders from you, but would request and happily pay for a 45 degree angle on the end. LOVE the standard design.

Sorry guys. Have had to be out of the shop most of the week for a death in the family. We're going to try to get back tomorrow and get caught up.

Just recieved word from P&P that my sliders will be forged from the ancient bones of a Frost Giant in the fiery heart of an Icelandic volcano starting next week!*

*Materials and locales may be exagerated.

But really is there any other way?

Rumor has it they're being delivered on the back of a wooly mammoth ridden by a beautiful shieldmaiden too, but you have to engage in a fight to the death, winner takes all mods.

Ok guys despite being shut down most of the week, the end of last week and this weekend we got several sets kicked out - get it kicked out? sets made with kick outs. Damn I'm funny. I think they look great. Those who have picked them up have beee pleased as well which makes us even more stoked. The first couple sets sold to forum members should be arriving any day now.

I think I prefer mine without a brace. Looks very smooth this way. Options people, options. Built to suit! Let us know what you want!

I <3 my welder, I think he's amazing and does great work. And he puts up with me while slaying 16 hour days this weekend to try to catch up on orders and prototypes, which is a plus. We won't ever try to hide our welds, we won't ever say "it's ugly but it will hold." Our welds will always be top notch. If you ever pop one of our welds we will fix it! Pair of pretty damn nice welds IMHO!

It's almost too bad they had to get covered up...

Here's the difference between our bend and the more conventional bend on most every other slider on the market that we've seen to date.

Yep...got mine and they're mounted and even did a day on the trails. As far as pictures, well I seem to be having problems with every photo-making piece of equipment I have...I'll have to work on getting some posted. I think the ones posted earlier may have well been mine.

Am I happy with them? Absolutely! Love them. I'm not sure if I've hit anything with them yet but they cleaned up well and show no damage at all.

Thanks Chetter! I look forward to seeing them. Hopefully mine will make it to the house soon. I'd love to have them mounted by the time I get home. Could you tell us which model you bought?

Update is we picked up the last little pile of steel today and will be hammering out the remaining sliders that we owe over the next ~10 days.

How does one go about ordering?

I know you received my email already but this is a good question that should have a public answer.

Our introductory group buy pricing is good through Friday April 4. This is the date we anticipate being caught up and ready to ship all current orders.

Until we get our web store built we are accepting Paypal, check or money order.

Our Paypal address is paypal@engineeringpp.com

If you pay with Paypal in the memo section we need to know the following:

Gen 1 or 2
Xterra or frontier
If gen2 body lift or no.
Style (basic, standard, advanced)
Finish - bare, bedliner $35, powdercoat (color) $60

If it's 1st gen we redesigned our bracket so it will work with factory body or a 2" body lift. I was about put up a thread about that.

If you don't want to use paypay we can send you an address to mail a check or money order and we'll need the same info about your truck.

Please Let me know if you have any other questions.

Made in the USA? Damn straight.

I'm actually glad to have the new "universal" bracket coming with mine, as I'm not planning a body lift, it doesn't mean I won't ever do it.
