I have broken down and decided to start junking things on the truck that aren't needed. I am going to do the pml in like 2 weeks. If I crank the t-bars, would I only get 1.5 inches out of it? I plan on putting on aftermarket UCA's afterwards.

Reworded a bit. Let me know if it's ok. I couldn't understand what you were saying the first time.

Anyways, as far as I know, you will only get the 1.5 inches with the P M L. You can max out the torsion bars, but in doing so you're creating a weak point. I've been riding around with the shackles only for a few months and everything has been fine other than the fact that the front end sits lower. I would suggest that if you're in need of tires, get those first [post shackle install] then crank the torsion bars because some places will cut you a deal on an alignment if you buy a set of tires. Hope this helps.

The PML is adding rear shackles for lift and cranking the t bars.. I do not know of adding any weak points.. But you only get 1.5"s in the front due to the upper control arms.. By adding new UCA's you can get 3"s in the front.. But your would be surprised how much 1.5"s looks.. You can tell a difference...

You will need a alignment after thought. Your camber will be out till its fixed

The set of 31x10.50's I got 2 years ago on my stock rims rubbed on the plastic for the first ~5000 miles.

I know that the front end is sitting kind of low and i really want to get on getting rid of things I don't need and put a lil lift on it.

If you are planning on UCA's and a PML, you may as well go with an AAL also for a 3" lift all the way around. I don't know if the stock Tbars would hold up well though, someone else may be able to answer that.

Im lost here... So your running a AAL and nothing was done up front? That would explain the rear setting higher than the front. And your rims are? stock? aftermarket? Most rubbing issues are due to the backspacing of the rims... Stock is 5.5 Until I bought rims with a different backspacing I never had any rubbing.

i have the add a leaf that was given to me but doubt i will put them on. nothing has been done yet to start the lift. my rims are stock and it's rubbing on the front passenger side only. basically i am just waiting for a free weekend to start working on it.
