Random hobbies

Sometimes I think I have too many hobbies, and at other times I don't have enough. Interestingly enough, I took up building fishing rods a few years back, and have since built a dozen or so fishing rods for myself and a few others. I just completed my first fly rod build, and I happen to believe its my best build yet. I've built a lot of other muskie rods, and spinning/casting rods, but the time it takes to build the fly rod so it casts well is much more than what it takes to build the other rods. And, because of its limber action, it really makes it tough to wrap the guides. Nonetheless, here are some pictures throughout my build.

I'm pretty sure it was for random hobbies.

I used to tie some flies, got pretty good for a while during and right after HS, but if you don't tie for a while, ya kinda lose it. I tried to tie a few up last year, and the first few turned out funky lookin!
