So if I understood right and correct me if im wrong I can run:
1. Grassroots centerlink
2. Drill out my pitman and Idler Arm for the centerlink hardware
3. Total Chaos IAB
4. AC's HD TRA's
5. Bandit 4x4 Idler Arm bushings
6. new TRE's of some sort?

Yes 100% compatible. Will make for a great solid setup.

My exact setup, very happy with it, I used brand new OEM TRE's.

What brand did you use? I did see where they suggested Deeza but the injera make contact and have to be corrected. Also how have you OEM held up?

OEM Nissan ones from the dealer, been on my truck over a year and a half ~20k miles with a few hard wheeling trips and no issues.

There are OEBrand TREs on eBay as well that are the same size as stock. Just make sure the size looks similar to OEM size or else you'll get the rubbing issue.

I have them for outers... Mine are rust coated and only 3 months old... I don't see them lasting long bought them because they were all I could get locally

What would you suggest getting then? I want something that's easy to get too not something hard to come by. Was looking at the Deeza's but with the binding issues and reading where some people have problems with the boots on them going to crap idk where to go now. These are the last thing I need to get too finish up the steering. I ordered the grassroots CL, bandit 4x4 bushings, total chaos IAB, HD TRAs, new idler aren't and pitman arm so what other brands do you suggest that will work with this setup?

You know what I was just wondering. Could you buy the King Kong kit and not run the heims and just rock the tie rods? everywhere I look the heims are listed as "king kong heim join upgrade"

I still stand by OEM tie rods and balljoints, I replaced my TRE's nearly 2 years ago and they still look brand new.

I've started on my shopping list for Steering parts because I can't afford the $1200 for AC's version.
With that being said, with the CL as the center piece and building out from there what from this list besides the TRE's & TRA's would change and to what, if I use Heim bolts?

Grassroots HD centerlink
Deeza TRE's
AC HD TRA's
Bandit 4x4 idler arm bushings
AC idler arm brace.

Keep in mind, knowing me, I'm going to ask you why and most likely will have more questions.
Thanks for your input.

The heim joints are an upgrade and replace the tie rod ends and adjusters in the setup like what total chaos is making (AC doesn't make it, they're selling total chaos without identifying it as such). The Idler Arm brace is separate from that. The TC (or King Kong) kit comes with its own IAB (better and cleaner than the AC one, IMO) and a reinforced pitman arm, but still uses part of the oem Idler Arm (pin). To use heim joints with the stock center link, or grass roots or any one designed to swap out with stuck, you'll need to fabricate double-sheared ends to accommodate the inner ends of the heim joints (simply, two parallel pieces of metal with holes in them between which the heim end is secured on either side, vs. one piece of metal with a hole in it through which you stick a tie rod end and secure with a nut. In other words, do the work that total chaos already has done to change the ends of the stock center link to accommodate heims. IMO, you're asking for a lot of work and maybe not even saving any money if you want to go the heim route, unless you have the fabrication skills to make or modify your own centerlink to accommodate heims.

Why dahell can't things be simple.

Bottom line there are 3 options:

1)For Heim bolts I either A) make my own setup or B) spend $1200

2) go with the flow and stay traditional with costs a lot less.

Don't quote me on this but perhaps there is a way to source heims besides the 600 total chaos gets for theirs, but you then have the challenge of sizing to fit exactly. Just because it hasn't been done doesn't mean it can't be done...?

If time is the issue, then start with HD TRAs and an IAB. That's a good start, not expensive, and easy to swap in. Sooner or later you'll probably trash your CL, and then it's time to decide on either the Grassroots, or going ballss out for a more comprehensive system. And, while I know "conventional wisdom" (aka internet experts) say a steering stabilizer doesn't fix any problems it just covers them up, I'm not sure I agree with that. Anything that relieves stress on the CL, even slightly, I think is helpful. (I'm sure we'll hear about me being wrong about this shortly)

I bought the IAB. I have to check but I think I sold it along with the BL parts when I ran into some other problems....lol. First thing I need to reorder are the BL parts so I can finish my bumpers at the right height. Then I'll look into the steering.
