I love camping. I wish my wife was more into it, but her idea of camping is an RV with climate control and a fully functioning toilet.

True that. I'd have to be making 6 figures before I felt comfortable buying one. Plus, by the time we could afford one, I bet technology will have made more of a presence in the RV market and they will be more efficient and comfortable

so my sister's bf has a house in the mountains in PA. Kinda on the border of WV. tiny cottage, right on the river. We're having a big party weekend, grownups only, house is full so a few of us have to tent on the property. bf and i are using his CVT awning tent setup. his broken TS is currently getting fixed so we might have to put it on my truck. 2 nights in that tent on an air mattress shouldnt be too terrible. it's kinda supposed to rain though.

For those who don't FB/IG, here's where home was Saturday to Tuesday:
Had a good trip this year. Dodged all the heavy storms that swept the area. Didn't hike as much as we usually do and the only fish I caught the whole time threw the hook about 15 feet from shore, but we all had fun.
