I just got hooked on Hells Kitchen actually. I usually hate reality/competition shows but - this one makes me hungry

Yeah. Wife and I are working on season 6 at the moment. It starts a little slow, but once it gets to season 2 it stabilizes. Not the best written show in the world, but it's fun.

Some B.S. I've been dealing with lately. Nothing I can't handle, just needed to say something somewhere lol, venting worked haha...

Lots of standards to live up to lol and alot to learn before I take over

You may have standards to live up to, but the people running the thing have a support staff to get stuff done. (at least I hope so after 4 generations) between myself the co-owner, we're it. And it's a lot to do.
