everyone loves their hydro flasks. i have a nalgene, my bf and best friend have them also. love them. they're virtually indestructible and if anything happens to them, they'll send you a whole new one.

If you're just coming off, 3mg is too low. I'd start with at least 6mg. Maybe more depending on what you were smoking. It took me about 6 months to get down to 3mg. Been on 0mg for over a year and now I barely even use my vape.
