bowl 1 - cup flour, tbsp corn starch, salt, paprika, chipoltle.
bowl 2 - egg wash
bowl 3 - panko breading
Roll what you want in each bowl then place in you hot oil for approx 30 sec then flip and do another 30 sec.
I use this for pickles, zucchini sticks and motza sticks
I used corn oil as it is what I had at the time. I also do it outside on the bbq side burner to keep the smell out side.
