Okay so i needed a new boot and when i took it apart of course it was grimy in the throttle body. I touched the blade and it was stiff so I didn’t want to mess it up. I turned the key on and put a broom stick on the petal to hold it open. I just took a rag and wiped it down inside nicely. You can hear the throttle body buzz and if you touch the blade it corrects itself which I assume is correct. After i got done, I started it up and now it idles high and when I drive, the rpms stick when I shift. I wouldn’t think i hurt anything and I want to try the relearn process tonight but is there a chance i messed anything up???
