Okay so the other day i unplugged the battery on my 02 x to clean it up cause it was very dirty from previous owner. Anyways i plugged it back in and took the car for a drive. What i noticed scares me.. when in first gear (automatic) and i get on it hard the transmission feels like its slipping. When i accelerate slower however it does not do this.. only when i really get on it. Do you think that this could be because i disconnected the battery and now it has to relearn, or is the transmission screwed (probably the torque converter). I didn't notice this happening when I test drove the car.
