I'm sure work wasn't happy with me when I said I was taking 2 weeks off instead because they've had me working out of town and I need time to do stuff to the X before I go.....but they didn't say anything have have a guy set to replace me while I'm gone.....I do like that my company is flexible like that. I have a total of 5 weeks I can take off right now so its not like its a big deal to me to add an extra week.
