So many things. I've got 5 roof circuits. Are you going to run anything other than the boobs on the roof?
So how do you ground everything? Here's the color coordinated wiring loom that will run down the A pillar of the truck to feed power from the fuse panel, illumination, and outputs for the rock lights and bumper lights.
Pink?

Roof vinyl is getting done today. So I went on the attack with some 2 part epoxy to the riv nuts I figure gluing them to the roof will not only help seal from water, but it'll ensure that these damn things can't move.
Well look at you, fancy pants!Yeah. But my moms got a 2015 pro4x xterra too that I will be taking over once she moves onto a new car. When she was searching for a car, I directed her to the Xterra only!!!!

Is it possible to tack weld these? Tack weld so it doesn't distort the sheet metal. Obviously you would have to remove a bit of paint, but when finished welding you can touch it up with primer (not a pun here ) and paint.
Wiring ain't that bad if you just plan aheadOh boy. I don't know if I want to do an led bar or more traditional set up but I'm really not looking forward the the wiring part.
