This is an "in hopes of drinking" post. Out of town for work and going looking for a sixer if Left Hand Milk stout. I have a feeling I'm going to be out of luck though.

Chillin' on the 7th hole of TPC Oaks. Found a great spot atop a flat limestone boulder with the pinflag of the seventh hole fifty feet in front of me and the pinflag of the ninth flapping in the breeze behind me.

Sipping some awesome Texas Bourbon with the obligatory cyclemut approved, Mexican Pepsi chaser...

Honey Brown with my bro in law. If I spelled it wrong it's because I'm typing after the beer. Thank goodness for auto correct. I'm watching words correct right in front of me that would be unintelligible otherwise. How else would I type unintelligible. You just have to get close.

Have you seen the "Texas Rimfire" whisky before? It's a "not made in Scotland" single malt scotch....surprisingly smooth...

I'll keep an eye out for that one, I've never heard of it.

Here's the one I had last night, it's a blended whiskey that's won a few decent awards in the short time it's been around. Definitely one of my favorite Bourbons.

Curious Traveler Shandy. I'm generally not a big fan of Shandies, but this is delicious, it's everything I want in a beer to enjoy on a hot summer day. Bring on the high temps!

Talisker 10-year-old. Pretty damn good. Close call between it and the 12-yo macallan

At 10am?

I'm humbled by your superior boozery.

BTW, I have a couple of six packs that you left in the Engel. We should get a shakedown run together before Moab and put those beers out of their misery afterwards.

WOW! Best rebate i ever saw on beer. Went over for a case of whatever this morning, for the weekend. BUD/BUDLIGHT in 16oz aluminum bottles. Case price of $24.25. Running a $11.99 mail in rebate. You get a pre-paid card in return. That works out to $12.26/case!! No brainer.
