Very cool. I want a dash cam with a DVR wired to the ignition. Anytime my truck turns on, I want that camera on...but I'll settle for a Contour mounted on the inside of the windshield.

That is how this all started, I wanted a DVR dash cam, Then I wanted a backup camera. Since it was kinda hard to parallel park when you can't see behind you that well.

That's the most impressive video setup I've seen on a vehicle.
Thank you.

Wow that's incredible. I woulda never thought of all that.
Thanks, it was one of those thinks that just compiled and worked out. It started with a dash cam, Then I was looking at a backup camera, and then .... I still have one more camera I can mount, hmmmm.

Well after calling Technical support for the camera that was not working, I realized they did not know what the **** they are talking about. So I opened it up and realized a piece of solder shorted the camera after correcting it. I tried it and realized the camera is burnt out. So I placed a order for a different one from a different company.

Well I got all 3 Cameras working. Here is a short video of each. Not Very exciting video but you get o see the quality and such. Does anyone know of a good video editing software cheap or free? Also the videos do have sound but I don't know why I can't extract it.

Sweet dude! I have a bunch of old security cameras I might try after seeing this. I like your ingenuity!

Go for it, I don't know how it will work but it can't hurt to try.

Pumpkin-cam = badassery.

Truth. I want this in my life.

I have to say it is badass, I have not had to use it but can't wait till I do. The only issue with this is you tend to stair at the monitor vs the road.

Also today I installed my Winch Thimble

Finally got my mounting points for my front shackles opened up enough for my 6.5 ton shackles. After trying everything in the book. I finally broke down and when out and bought a 1" drill bit and it took me 15mins. Its amazing how the right tool for the right job makes everything easy.

I also remounted my dually fog lights since the old location sucked. The tube mounts where never the right size. I took apart the mount and put it next to the body mount. Its a lot more stable and all I need to do is adjust it. Hopefully the bumper also keeps them from shinning to high and protected behind the bumper.

Perfect for reaching into the back seat for a cold Dr pepper! That's a new one man.

You know me to well, I drink DP likes its going out of business. (get your sick mind out of this conversation) Whats a new one?

I was originally hoping to have the fridge slide out the door but after closer examination the height I would have to mount it to go out the door and miss the frame and door would be to high. At 6' 6" I could barley look into the fridge much less reach the bottom. If I had gotten the 40L or 30L it would of worked. <== remember this to anyone who would want to do that. Also the ventilation of the fridge has to be open and the cubby behind the seat, under the rear floor is perfect. Now time to make a cardboard mockup so I can cut the wood in the right pattern.
