I think Rook did it. The back area is just to full on my vehicle. And it would block the sub storage area. Being single and not planning on dating any girl with more then 1 kid don't see the point of having 2. I'm also leaving the wider seat in so I could carry 4 if i had to.

Well Yesterday I spent the better part of the day mocking up my duel battery system along with my fridge install with cardboard once I got home from a very interesting bike rally.

Here are some photo's of that.

The base boards

Now its time to make this out of wood. Which is going to be difficult. Probably going to put a cover on it with some doors on the lid so things can't go flying around. I'm planning on storing larger tools/Recovery tools that are not used very often but might be needed here. I keep currently keep alot of this stuff in the cubby in the back and with everything packed in the back it is just a pain in the ass to grab a hammer or what not when needed.

Besides this, Late last night I ran to the store to grab something to eat and started having a horrible grinding sound. Found out this morning that my CV boat cover clamp fell off and I remounted it and the sound stops. Its amazing how much noise a hose clamp can make. It sounded like my breaks pads where low.

Any suggestions or ideas please let me know. I'm planning on putting an inventor in this with a 120v plug in and a couple 12v plug ins that are accessible when the door is open. Also there with be a fuse box for all the 12volt accessories and I will be rewiring all the accessories I currently have to move a lot of that stuff here. Big project very little time till NXM.

I also need to find a gobble spot to put the Motorized dual battery switch.

I also removed the stock jack and tools. Along with the plastic holder. I think I'm going to store my emergcey equipment here. Flares, Survival blaket, water tablets, .... Good little small storage area.

With those with a inverter why type of heat does it put out. Do I need a vent for it? What type of Cover should I put on the wood? Paint, Carpet, Vinyl, Bedliner, .....?

I would definitely find a way to get the inverter fresh air. Mine is little and I don't use it very hard but that fan runs like crazy and I can only imagine it would need a lot of air.

I was going to ask about that.. impressive.. Can I email you a bumper and some other things and have you print them out?

In other news, I picked up a small computer fan from a thrift store and wired that to my amp, it is run on the control wire, however I was thinking that you could also do the same with some form of fan to bring fresh air to the inverter, letting it breath easier

That is a great idea. Now off to find a computer fan. To bad i'm not in my "save all computer parts just in case" mode anymore. I may have a old power supply I can take apart to find one.

So cardboard is slowly turning into wood.

Now all i have to do is fasten it all together Make the door for electrical stuff, drill wire holes. And then put on varnish. Fasten it to the vehicle.

Glued all the seams and installed all the fasteners. Also fitted the fuse box, 120v outlet, waiting on trickle charger to arrive. Also fitted inverter.

Y'know, I can't help but point it out...you could fiberglass that and make it look utterly amazing, and, having complete coverage over the whole thing might actually give you more room (and less creaking and potential for breakage if you hit some rough stuff)

I would love to cover it with fiber glass but to be honest I'm scared to death of ****ing it up. I just ****ed up a scale boat with a resin that I had well over 120 hours into building.

Well anyways. Since the model boat has been sitting for 2 month now untill I figure out what to do with it. Since I'm not starting over. I decided to work on the electrical aspect of my vehicle today.

I ran so large wires.
2013-08-041800362_zps7d0ed7d6.jpg

I also wired in the motorized switch. I have not done the brain/manual override switch yet. I had to make a bracket for this damn thing. Now all I have to do is get my battery tender in. Temperately mount it. Finish sealing the wood. Then install the whole gobble damn thing.

I forgot to mention after I get his all installed I'm going to highly consider relocating my video DVR and maybe some of my under the hood relays.

Lets see what type of spelling error I can make today for everyone to enjoy.

I went to start my X and it would not start. But I did not freak out since I know my dual battery system is perfect. I hit the clutch cancellation switch and it started. So I looked at the switch on the clutch pedal and the rubber stopper was gone so I replaced it with a Body panel plug.

See the stupid little hole there. That is where the rubber stopper was.

You can see the switch through the hole with the clutch depressed.

Must be nice to have that clutch bypass...my 94 Hardbody had one, but none of the rest of my HBs or this X have one.

So I did a Mock up of my awning today. It is not completed at the tent poles where not fastened. Since these pictures I sewed some valcro to the tarps to hold the tent poles in place. Tomorrow I will re mock this up and mark the next section of tent poles that are needed to make it drain properly from rain.
