Well Yesterday I spent the better part of the day mocking up my duel battery system along with my fridge install with cardboard once I got home from a very interesting bike rally.
Here are some photo's of that.
The base boards
work hole to work on the electronics if needed
Mock up on battery and fridge
Build up walls for storage
Now its time to make this out of wood. Which is going to be difficult. Probably going to put a cover on it with some doors on the lid so things can't go flying around. I'm planning on storing larger tools/Recovery tools that are not used very often but might be needed here. I keep currently keep alot of this stuff in the cubby in the back and with everything packed in the back it is just a pain in the ass to grab a hammer or what not when needed.
Besides this, Late last night I ran to the store to grab something to eat and started having a horrible grinding sound. Found out this morning that my CV boat cover clamp fell off and I remounted it and the sound stops. Its amazing how much noise a hose clamp can make. It sounded like my breaks pads where low.
Any suggestions or ideas please let me know. I'm planning on putting an inventor in this with a 120v plug in and a couple 12v plug ins that are accessible when the door is open. Also there with be a fuse box for all the 12volt accessories and I will be rewiring all the accessories I currently have to move a lot of that stuff here. Big project very little time till NXM.
I also need to find a gobble spot to put the Motorized dual battery switch.
I also removed the stock jack and tools. Along with the plastic holder. I think I'm going to store my emergcey equipment here. Flares, Survival blaket, water tablets, .... Good little small storage area.
With those with a inverter why type of heat does it put out. Do I need a vent for it? What type of Cover should I put on the wood? Paint, Carpet, Vinyl, Bedliner, .....?
