Any local pharmacies should have the basics( gause pads, tape, bandaids, gloves).

But if your looking to stick a Tourniquet or Trauma dressings I can at least give you a couple reliable websites.

i'm having green smoothies every day for breakfast this week, and super light lunches, trying to eat as much before and after my workouts and slow down on the complex carbs. much beer and many hoagies were had this weekend.

Got tired of making smoothies I just do a protein blend in water before the gym then green tea and as low sugar granola bar that I can find. Lunch sammich. Dinner meat. Gonna go through this cow quick this year I believe

yeah i'm only doing it daily this week to get the greens in. they're a pain. plus i always go over my sugar cause it's mostly fruit. this morning my boss asked me what i was drinking and then she got like super closer talker status and asked if it makes me sht my pants lmao

I started a cut 2 weeks ago for the first time ever. I want to see what abs look like when you're not 17.
It sucks. On my off days I'm starving. Off days =1800 cals. Training days = 2800cals. I love training days.

I am down 10lbs though...so sitting at 220. I'm thinking around 210 is where I should see the big difference.

Honestly, my favorite thing about keto is that I don't have to track calories to lose. As long as I don't eat sugar, I can eat whatever the ufck I want.

paleo was awesome in that factor. ate when i was hungry. ate all the meats. ate soooooo much, i couldnt even keep up with my own metabolism. might do it again some day.

Yea the problem I had was when I was doing full paleo was that I still needed to track. You've both seen me eat. Imagine that at every meal. I felt better, bc no trash food, but overeating is still overeating.

I actually did a "before" pic...and I say "before" because it's not like I'm out of shape, but theres no 4-8 pack visible. So I want to see if by say June, I see a difference or not...if I can stick to said cut this time.
