Got tired of making smoothies I just do a protein blend in water before the gym then green tea and as low sugar granola bar that I can find. Lunch sammich. Dinner meat. Gonna go through this cow quick this year I believe

yeah i'm only doing it daily this week to get the greens in. they're a pain. plus i always go over my sugar cause it's mostly fruit. this morning my boss asked me what i was drinking and then she got like super closer talker status and asked if it makes me sht my pants lmao

I started a cut 2 weeks ago for the first time ever. I want to see what abs look like when you're not 17.
It sucks. On my off days I'm starving. Off days =1800 cals. Training days = 2800cals. I love training days.
I am down 10lbs though...so sitting at 220. I'm thinking around 210 is where I should see the big difference.

paleo was awesome in that factor. ate when i was hungry. ate all the meats. ate soooooo much, i couldnt even keep up with my own metabolism. might do it again some day.
